Simple Drawings a Great!

I'd feel confident drawing detailed pictures (and sometimes I get carried away and add more detail than I first intended) but the cartoons I seem to get a huge response from are the simple ones.  It's ironic that in an age when technology can help us produce some of the most realistic images ever, we still need and love looking at simple cartoons.
